Bunny Angels is a nationwide foster-based rabbit rescue network. We began as a small group of people who wanted to help rabbits in dire need, often those posted on online selling sites. Today, we are a registered UK charity, with a network of people across the country who volunteer their time to our cause. Together we have helped thousands of rabbits to safety.

We help any rabbits in need - whether that is due to abandonment, neglect, or in cases where an owner needs to surrender. We are run by a small group of people dedicated to rabbit welfare, with a wider team of volunteers that foster, transport and fundraise.

As well as rehoming ourselves, we work with high-standard, ethical rabbit rescues who adhere to Rabbit Welfare Association standards. All our fosters are neutered, vaccinated, and provided with the correct veterinary treatment.

In 2021 alone, we helped over 350 rabbits find safety. The numbers needing help are swiftly increasing. We strongly support campaigns to 'adopt don't shop', to ban the sale of rabbits in pet shops, and to end rabbit breeding in the United Kingdom. 

We operate across England, Scotland, and Wales, in every county. Our fabulous network of transport volunteers cover hundreds of miles each year to get rabbits to safety. We are proud of the relationships we have built with high-standard, ethical rabbit rescues across the nation, and of our fabulous foster carers who go above and beyond every day for rabbits.
